PDF files: Unable to load PDF submissions

    We're experiencing an issue with downloaded pdf files. After file is downloaded and we try to open it we get this message "We can't open this file something went wrong." There is a Refresh button below but each time that is clicked on the error message pops back up. We tried switching form Foxfire to Microsoft Edge and both are giving the same message. Please help!

    Hi,

    From which page are you downloading the file, is it the submissions page or the email that is sent?

    Could you tell us which form are you facing the issue with?

    I believe the submissions page. I just went into Jotform, downloaded the Service Intake form for Brianne Russell. When I go into her profile to upload the document I get a message 'Uploaded file is empty. No action taken.'
