Is there a way to know when it's the 30th Submission from the same user?

I have a New Worker Program I've created where new employees need to submit a form each day for the first 30 days of their employment. When they get the the 30th, I want to automatically send an email to the supervisor (that part I have figured out). Is there a way for JOT to know when it's the 30th Submission from the same user?

Unfortunately, there is no way to count and alert how many times a specific user has filled and submitted a form, and trigger a notification based on that.
