    Hi,

I recommend reviewing the JotForm Security page to get a better understanding on the available form security.

It is also possible to apply Form Encryption on the form.

Because SSN is confidential data, please take note that the forms you create must always adhere to the JotForm Terms of Use. The form can be disabled by the Phishing system if it becomes a suspicious phishing form due to collecting data (SSN) using the form.

If your purpose is not to collect confidential data from the general public, but from your own customers, then it should be fine provided it meets the requirements below:

    1. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

    2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    3. If possible, change the email address on your profile to one that shows your business domain rather than the public email address.

Will i be able to use the camera option on the form to collect pictures of ids?

You should be able to if you apply the above requirements.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
