Form not showing as populated

    Hey--for some reason Submission 60 is not showing up properly in the Inbox or in the Tables. I received the email with the form completed but could not access the information as it is showing blank.

    I used the link from the email to access it and edit it and then it sent me the edited version but it is blank too.

    Can you please look at this and let me know what is wrong? I use this form daily and want to make sure nothing is wrong with the form.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists.
