We need a form product that will integrate w SFDC

Hi

we need a form product that will integrate w SFDC but we have a couple of requirements.

1) needs to integrate w a custom (vs standard) object

2) want to be able to send out a unique form from within SFDC.

3) we want endline form user to be able to pause on form (ours will be long)

4) ideally, if use gets pre-filled form (ie w name) and there is an error (ie spelling), they could correct form and then it changes the field (ie name) in SFDC.

Can/does your product do this?
