1. I am using a pdf form directly in a kiosk app on my iPad. Just to be sure the problem was not being caused by the kiosk program, I also accessed the form directly in a browser app. When I click 'Submit', the data is getting saved to jotform, but not uploaded to Mailchimp. I have set the API key (or whatever it's called), selected the correct list, matched all the fields (I've attached the match screen) & it does not get saved.
2. When I click 'submit', the data does not get cleared from the form even if I close (not just change programs but actually force quit) the app.Page URL:

Please make sure that the list you are trying to integrate with, contains the same field validations
For example if you added a textbox for phone number on any list, it will not work, if have used the textbox control for phone in our form builder. Or you probably added our predesigned email field. So make sure it got the same validation at the said list
Let us know if the issue persist, in the meantime I'll try to reproduce the issue
