Data Not Coming Thru

    Hi there,


    I am trying to set up my first form and I am finding that the Emailed Confirmation of the form *does* contact the submitted data... however, the Tables and "Inbox" inside of JotForm shows that "no data" was submitted and the form info is blank (even though my confirmation email does contact the submitted data).

    I am trying to set up a POST zap via Webhooks inside Zapier and it is not finding data (also coming thru blank, so the test/sync is failing and I am unable to complete the Zap).

    Can you see why the Inbox and Table section of my Form "CONTEST ENTRY" is now showing any submitted data? I've completed the form multiple times now and I get a confirmation email with the data I type in but it appears to not store itself properly in Jotform which is also preventing automation thru Zapier.

    Your assistance will be helpful and critical as I now had a couple Facebook ad's synced to this JotForm already.

    It looks like we had a temporary issue with submissions appearing properly; however, our development team is informing us that this is now fixed.

    You may need to first clear your browser cookies and/or caches and try again.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.
