User can't upload PDF form

    A user is unable to upload a PDF or DOCX file. Any help on troubleshooting this? It is not a file size issue, either.

    pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jp

    g, jpeg, png, gif
