How can I make it so my submissions are not showing up blank?

    I have created this form

    and my submissions are only showing up in my email account: I am receiving email notifications and the full submissions within the email; however, the submissions are not showing up on my jotform account.

    Here is an image of what the submissions look like on jotform:

    Could you help me assess why this is happening and help me fix the problem so that I can see the images on my jotform account?

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The problem is now fixed. You should now be able to see your form submissions data as expected. This was due to a data replication issue between our servers recently. It's all good now.
