Why does random card keep coming up

We have a form with conditional logic, when selecting an option it determines which questionnaire they see -- the last few Qs are always the same however.

For some reason ONE slide CONTINUES TO HAVE TO COME UP - even if we delete it, it will then take on another one. Since deleting them doesn't work, please tell us what we are doing wrong.

    form: https://form.jotform.com/210254368423148

Example: when you get to the question #10 all the conditional logic is worked in. Based on your selection several questions will follow.

The last 3 are always #155-158 regardless of selection.

I tested options: CIUDADANIA, ASILO POLITICO and the ONE slide that i dont understand why comes up even when conditional logic shows its hidden is: SOLICITUD O RENOVACION DE DACA card #74.

#74 should ONLY appear when #4 DACA RENOVACION or #5 NUEVA SOLICITUD are selected on the card with all the conditional logic --- #10

Again, if we delete it, another one will show to replace it. We cannot continue to delete them that does not resolve the problem. Please help!!! Please feel free to test.

This has thrown people off and they wind up just not completing the questionnaire losing us business.

    Hi,

Can you try removing that card from all the conditions and checking if there is a difference?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hello view attached screenshot, removed this card from all conditions --this did not help the slide continues to show.
This was tested on a clone of the original form: https://form.jotform.com/210524915199156
Please advise why this is still happening it is hurting business it throws leads off

I would like to suggest trying the Show field conditions instead of the Hide field conditions to avoid possible conflicts. Note that in general, it is usually easier to use only the Show field conditions. When the Show field conditions are used, the corresponding Hide field conditions are not needed. The system will automatically hide the fields until the Show field condition is met.

Please note that my colleague has already replied to you with a suggestion. Have not received my colleague's response?

Here is what my colleague responded to you earlier:

Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.
