Multiple Select - Conditionally select / update many values

Is there a way to conditionally select multiple values on a Multiple Select field?

I have yes no questions that applicants fill out on my form, and there is a box at the top of the page that gives the hiring managers a summary / snap shot view of the answers to those questions...

That box is simply a multiple select field that checks off each question that the user answered in the affirmative.

So, how do I conditionally select MULTIPLE values in the multiple select field?

ex: questions on the form....

1. Do you have a TWIC card? yes
2. Do you have a Valid State ID? yes
3. etc ? no
4. etc? no

summary Multiple select field at top of form (that is read/only so that it only updates by the user answering the above questions).

• TWIC CARD? X
• STATE ID? X
• ETC1? __
• ETC2? __
