Hi - I would like to sign up for your service. Can we pay you to take our current "dealer application" Microsoft Word document and convert it into a JotForm for us?

Also on a different note - can you point me to information on how to embed a Jotform into our Wordpress site?

And in case we do not go with an embedded form, is there an option to have our own domain like dealerapp.madvrenvy.com that users go to to fill out the form which is really hosted by you?

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hello Richard,

Can we pay you to take our current "dealer application" Microsoft Word document and convert it into a JotForm for us?

Unfortunately, we can only guide you to build your form and troubleshoot it if there are any issues. However, you can hire freelancers on Upwork.com or on other hiring platforms to build and design the form for you.

can you point me to information on how to embed a Jotform into our Wordpress site?

Please refer to these detailed guides:

    A-guide-to-embed-forms-for-wordpress-users

Getting-the-form-iframe-code - we usually advise users to use the iframe codes in embedding the form to third-party websites to prevent any conflicts since the codes are called inside an iframe.

own domain like dealerapp.madvrenvy.com that users go to to fill out the form which is really hosted by you?

Using a different domain is only available in the Enterprise plan: What-is-the-difference-between-jotform-enterprise-and-standard

    How-to-use-custom-domains-with-jotform-enterprise

However, on regular plans, you can only modify the form's link: How-to-create-a-custom-URL-of-a-form

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
