Difference between Gold and Enterprise Level

Good afternoon,

I am a small business owner with sub contractors about 5. Wanted to know what is the difference in the enterprise version versus the gold version?

Is the enterprise version more for larger companies??

Is the white labeling only for enterprise users? is there a separate cost for white labeling?

Hi Pamela,

White-labelling is only included in the Enterprise version, that includes being able to change the styling/UI and add/remove elements. Additionally it includes a custom domain, where there's no '.jotform.com' in the url, is also only part of Enterprise. These are part of the Enterprise plan and there is no additional cost for them.

The minimum number of licences for Enterprise is 5, so you and 5 sub users would more than fit into the Enterprise environment.

You are also able to use SSO for sign on and SSO pre-fill in Enterprise, as well as receive direct email & phone support with a named individual as part of your Enterprise plan.
