How do I customize an email confirmation of a submitted form and send to multiple users?

    I have set-up a donation form. Once the donor makes a donation, I would like to send the details of the form to him/her in an email body for them to easily print out. I would also like to add some custom text to the email body.

    Once the form is submitted, I would like the donor and myself to get a copy of the email.

    How do I set all this up??

    1. Notification-Autoresponder-Email-Details

    The notification e-mail and autoresponder e-mail will allow you to be the recipient of the form's submission e-mail.

    2. How-to-Create-a-Custom-Send-a-Friend-Form

    The form fields on the upper right will be available in the e-mail template message body. 
    You can also customize the email message and add your own text.
