Square integration: The location is not active error

    Hi,

    I checked your form settings and everything seems correct on the Square integration.
    May I ask if your Square account is relatively new, and have you already verified the account?

    Please confirm this, and if you have verified your account in Square and the issue still persist, kindly inform us and we will escalate the issue to our developers.

    Its far from new. I've had this set up for almost 2 years and suddenly it's not working.

    Not sure what to do now...

    Hello,

    I have cloned your form and integrated it to Square in sandbox mode, but I can't seem to recreate the issue from my end. Kindly try to login into your Square Dashboard and verify if the "Locations" is deactivated? Here's the direct link: https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations

    If it is, please try to enable or activate one of your locations, then please re-integrate your Square into your form. I think the Business Location you are currently using is the "Indy Doula Associates":
