I saw the message that it would take a while. I left it to load for over an hour twice. No results. It feels like a glitch. Is there a way around this?

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
May we know how many pages are there in your PDF file? Please note that JotForm Smart PDF Forms accepts documents that are up to 25 pages long. If your PDF exceeds that number of pages, you will get an error and won't be able to import the file.
Could you please share with us the PDF file so we can check it on our end? You can upload it to Google Drive and then share the public link with us.
