How to add tax calculations on subtotal?

I am selling a few items on my JOT form. Can JOT Calculate tax on the subtotal?

Yes, this is possible. However, this option is only available to the following payment gateways:

🔘 PayPal Personal

🔘 PayPal Commerce

🔘 PayPal Business

🔘 PayPal Express

🔘 PayPal Pro

🔘 PayPal Invoicing

🔘 PayPal Checkout

🔘 Square

🔘 Stripe

🔘 Authorize.Net

🔘 2CheckOut

🔘 Purchase Order

Please also note that this feature is NOT available for subscription and donation-based payment types.

However, if you are not using any of those payment gateways, there's a workaround, and you would need to use widgets or field elements for your product list. The workflow is similar to this guide: How to Setup a Payment Order Form with Limited Stocks (jotform.com), then with the use of the Form Calculation widget, you can add and perform calculations for the Tax.
