PDF download: "Failed to load PDF document" error when downloading PDFs.

    Hello,

    We seem to be having issues downloading our client's forms in the standard way. When we attempt to download the form we get an Error message that says "failed to load PDF document".

    We have figured out how to get around this, but it takes many extra steps which is not ideal in a rush period. Currently, we have to view the document, click download, click customize PDF, at which point we can Download in the usual fashion. Is this able to be remedied?

    Hi there,

    I assume that usually you are downloading the form as a PDF from the Tables, is that correct?
    I have cleared your form cache. May I ask you to clear your browser cache, and possibly try to download the PDF in another browser, and see if that helps?

    Please let us know if the issue persists, and we will investigate further.
