Form submissions

    We have a form for donations. There have been two submissions sent to our treasurer, Vikki. The emails she received doesn't include the donor's phone number, email and address. Is there a setting I missed?

    Are you able to see this information in your Jotform Tables view? If so, could you please share the submission IDs of the two submissions in question here?

    I see Vikki's email set up properly and the corresponding fields in your Notification Email in your form 210497545776165, but if we can get the submission IDs, we can narrow this down and properly investigate.

    I have checked your email history and the notification email was sent with the email, phone number and address.

    Could you please delete the existing notification email and add it once again?


    If the issue persists, could you please send us the screenshot of the email with the missing data?
