Can we use JotForms as a Partially Completed Order Form?

Our use case is to have an order form that is initiated by our sales staff. Then we want to individually email partially completed forms to a customer for consideration approval and payment.

The sales rep would add in quantities and pricing, which is unique to the customer. Each customer's reply would need to be kept separate and private.

Is it possible to use Jotform in this way? Can you link to a tutorial that describes this process?
