File not saving

    Hey there,

    I have Jotform set up to run an estimate form and save thru FTTP and has been working great since we set it up. The last form we used was at 430pm last night. Now today everything is working the same, I have it set up to create a sub folder but the file isn't saving in the folder, its just empty. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Can you please try reintegrating FTP to see if that'll help.
