I just renewed my account; however, I didn't add the CC # and it probably billed to the wrong account

    I want to charge the subscription to another Credit card than the one on file. The one on file needs to be deleted. Where do you change that when you renew your subscription

    You can change the card on file for your account by following the instructions in this guide.

    Once you have updated your account's payment method, we can downgrade your account back to the free subscription so you may upgrade again with the new card.
