HIPAA Account: Decryption of form submissions is not working when downloading submissions.

    I have ~10K form submissions from a HIPAA-enabled form that I need to export. Attempting to use the "Submissions" feature and Jotform Tables, but I get an error message about decryption having failed. How can I successfully export all form submissions?


    This set of form submissions is related to COVID-19 vaccine distribution. As a hospital using Jotform for this purpose, it's essential that we be able to produce our form submissions in a timely fashion for regulatory reporting to public health authorities.


    Please advise ASAP.

    Hi,

    With HIPAA compliance, you should be able to export the submissions from the Tables as a CSV file.

    Hi. We have downloaded content via CSV before. The issue is the data when in submission view, is trying to decrypt and it fails. The download button does not work and we have no additional options. Please see attached image.


    Note: We have been having an abundance of issues with JotForm. We really need to get this fixed and have a stable system.

    Hi, is there an ETA for resolving this issue? We are unable to view hundreds of form entries - all of which need to be reported to state and local government ASAP.

    Also, we noticed this is happening in all forms. It appears to be encryption --> decryption issue. We appreciate the fact that the forms are secured and HIPAA Compliant but we need them to be stable and available 24/7. Please keep us posted ASAP. Thank you!!!!
