Downloaded PDF button, 0kb files

    Hello,

    When I go to download a form the file appears to download, but when opening, it is corrupt/damaged; upon further inspection the file is 0kb (empty). We CAN view our forms and CAN print, print as PDF and save the document that way. But, the Download button is not working as it should. Please fix and advise. This is happening at all workstations and various browsers.
