WHY DID YOU CHARGE ME $19.95 AGAIN AFTER I CANCELLED THAT PACKAGE?

    I sent an email to Interlogy LLC asking them to STOP taking the $19.95 out of my acct because I could no longer afford it (I wanted to downgrade to the Free package).  I received an email response back and I followed those directions in order to downgrade.  I was told it was completed and the process was instant.  Now, they've taken the $19.95 out of my account this month again.  I have since contacted them as well but to no avail.  I wish for them to credit my account back and STOP deducting any funds.

     

    I sent the above email to PayPal today.

     

    I have emailed you as well, asking you to credit my account back because I requested a downgrade on Oct. 5th, went to your site and requested the FREE package--which it states is my current package but you STILL DEDUCTED THE FUNDS!

    Hi Felicia,

    I have already downgraded your account to FREE.

    Since you were using Paypal gateway to pay the subscription, you should cancel in your paypal account the latest payment you rendered for the JotForm subscription.

    I will also forward your account concern to our higher ups so that the refund can be process appropriately.

    It usually takes a week for the refund to be process.

    Inform us if you have more question.
