My site has been cloned

How can I ensure that my forms are not used on a cloned site. The following site has cloned my website, can it be blocked from using my forms?

You can prevent other users from cloning your form, please refer to my screenshot below for reference.

1.) Go to your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and check the "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users".

2.) In your form settings, you can enable the "Prevent Cloning" option.
