Every user must be able to download the file from the download button (file randomly choosen from the database). Each file consists of different questions. The respective answers can be filled in the form and users should submit the form with appropriate answers. How can I make it? Please help me.

From my understanding, what you want is for a user to download a set of questions from random generated link (from a list of links). So that when the user downloads those questions. He then inputs the answers to his questions into the form.

To make the form, it all depends on the workflow you choose to use, for example:

    Example 1:

If all the files to downloads consists of different types of questions, where the user will need to type in both Questions and Answers, you could use a form like this: Example Form - Fill In Question & Answer

    Example 2:

If the form will be embedded to a site, my suggestion would be to create multiple forms, one for each set of questions. And set the forms on a random link generator button. So whenever they click the button they are automatically sent to a random form,  from a set of forms:

Exmaple Wepage with link to Random Test Form

Code for Example Webpage with form button

(Test Forms are A B C & D, and the buttons generates a random link when refreshed.

Hope this helps giving you an idea on how you want to work your form. Kindly elaborate further once you have chosen on which workflow you will want to work with. Mind you these are only examples, there may be many other ways to work your form. But we will be here to assist if requested. Thank you.
