Multiple surveys - show data of two forms together

    Hello,

My organization is creating a survey we want to give to a bunch of adolescent girls at an event we are hosting. We have two forms, one form which includes demographic information including name, age, etc, while the other form includes the questions we want to ask. Is it possible to easily link these two separate forms together so that when we look at the results we have the demographic information and the survey answers together? Also, we won't have a wifi connection at the event.

    Greetings,

Based on your requirement my suggestion is to combine both forms. If you must have two forms then you can either create a new TAB in the first form submission TABLES and link it to the second form. Kindly check the related guide below.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/1002-how-to-get-data-from-other-forms-in-jotform-tables

You can also link specific fields of a form in the submission Table of another form. Please check the short video below.

You can ADD a new column in any table and connect it to any field in a different form.

Should you have any questions then please let us know.

    Thanks

Sorry I missed the last part.

You can use JotForm offline as well with the help of the JotForm mobile app. Kindly check the guide below.
