I read and viewed you can create web forms which is great. My question is once the form is created, over time complete many entry.

Via the web interface are you able to create a search function which will search all the existing entries find a match and then be able to edit the data.

    Regards

You can use the "Advanced Search" feature,

You can use the search bar to find related submissions. You can also create new filters. Once you have created a new Filter, you can use it to create a new Tab so that you will not have to create the same Filter again and again.
