Setting Up Email Notifications in a Form

    I've noticed that for several of my submissions, I'm not being alerted when someone schedules and appointment or submission. Especially for my Assessment Survey. Any suggestions?

    Hi blackpearlmarketplace,

    I cloned and checked your form, and noticed that you haven't set any Notification Email:

    To achieve this,

    1) Go to Settings > Emails and click Add an email,

    2) Select Notification Email,

    3) Make necessary adjustments and click Save on the bottom right of the page,
