    Is there an issue with Customer Support?

    Sorry I saw the response.

    That issue is not quite resolved but I am following up.

    I noticed another issue with the report

    One of our large forms seems to be missing survey data. It shows there being 21,000 plus responses but we can only see 15,000 in the report. When we export only shows 15.000 entries
