404 not found on my embedded jot form

Dear Jotform,

There are many users reported that they cannot view my embedded Jotform in my Shopify store. Please take a look in it. It is really annoying as it scares off many customers.

At first visit, the embedded area will show 404 not found. It can only visit on second visit.
