Inbox: Missing submissions name

    We are having another issue today. We can't see any information. It wont show patient names or any information.

    We apologize for this inconvenience. There was an issue with our back-end server, and our team has resolved it. It should be fixed now.

    Could you kindly try to open your Inbox again? Let us know if the issue still persists.

    just happened again. I am telling you we have issues daily with the system. We waited an hour and restarted. 1614181768_6036758818d98_Jot Form Again.

    I have cleared your form cache. Can you please check whether the issue persists?

    Also, kindly check your header settings whether it's set to patient name by going to Inbox Settings > HEADER SETTINGS.

    We still have several that have just submission. We have followed all of your steps.
