My account is saying expired despite payment being made.

    Hi we have paid our subscription for a Bronze Level - via Paypal - but our subscription is saying expired? Do we need to do something for this to register the payment that was made?

    Looks like your subscription payment was attached to the old username "emcanning". This is why it is not appearing in your account. Our records are showing that you've already cancelled the subscription from your PayPal account.

    I'm requesting the concerned team to issue a refund for this subscription. You should receive the refund in 3-7 working days.

    You are welcome to buy a new subscription. Kindly make sure that you are logged into your account when you are making your payment.
