Configurable List Widget: Ability to separate each entry on Tables page

I am trying to create a nominations form where one user can have any number of nominations. I am using a drop-down field to choose the nominee and a text box for the supporting data. I was trying to use the configurable list widget to allow an infinite number of entries. It looks great on the user end - they want to be able to see all their nominations before submitting. But the data fields are not separated so I can't sort on name. Do I have it formatted incorrectly ?or is that how is downloads the field?

My previous form just looped back to the original form upon submit but they wanted a way to do multiple submissions without submitting each

If you want to show form fillers to their answers before they submit the form, you can enable Preview Before Submit options. I cloned your form to show you. Please follow the steps below:

1) Go to your Form Builder and navigate to the Settings.

2) Click on the Show More Options.

3) Enable Preview Before Submit option.

If you want to expand the Configurable List Widget data in the Tables, it is not possible for now. If so, please let us know and we can escalate your request to our developers.
