URGENT: Please reactivate my account

    Hi,

    Can you please reactivate my account? I received a message saying that it was suspended by your phishing system (see attached image) please let me know when this has been reactivated.

    Your account was suspended since the form https://form.jotform.com/210498527222859 was flagged as offering fake services.

    Free accounts that offer services without a valid domain on their registered Jotform accounts are suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate the account, we will need to delete and purge his form from your account.

    It’s not a fake service!

    the form was a petition to collect support for a legitimate issue that was going to be taken to be presented to the local government body to ask them to consider giving a fair and equitable hearing to the voice of residents.

    As for the matter of a valid dooms in you will have to explain that in plain terms because I don’t know if you think that the domain outlook.com is not valid when it clearly is or if you’re referring to something else.

    I still ask you to keep the data in tact and reconsider this because I can in fact prove that there will be a presentation to the local government for this issue by the residents.

    I would recommend you to change the free domain email to a corporate email or kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2920824 as your subject.

    We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.
