Jotform tables: PDF downloads not viewable

    All was working fine for about a week but today we can't view the PDF downloads.

    It says either:

    1614146878_6035ed3e4296b_pdf failed to l

    Or a message like this:

    1614146713_6035ec993199f_pdf failed to l

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We had faced an issue where the downloaded PDF submission document from the Tables page was returning an error.

    This has already been escalated to our developers.

    Once there is an update we will let you know via this ticket.

    In the meantime, please download the PDF from your PDF Editor and check.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. We just received word from our developers that the issue is now fixed. You should now be able to download and view PDF in Jotform tables.
