PDF download on the app is not functioning, is there something I should do?

    I create / download several PDFs daily from my Jotform app, to send to my customers as their invoice. Though today that function is not working. When I tap "Download to PDF" the screen is just blank. On desktop, when I click Download as PDF, it fails to load.

    Happens also to my husband's app (we share same business account)

    I am able though to download a PDF hrough desktop > reports > search for the transaction, but this process takes too long.

    For your guidance pls. Hope we can sort this out soon.

    Greetings Bianca,

    This issue was reported yesterday and it was fixed by our developers. I've just downloaded a submission in a PDF and it was downloaded properly and displaying its contents as well.

    If the PDFs are still not downloading on your end properly then please let us know.

    I wasn't able to respond yesterday, but yes it worked!
