Duplicate and Change Data?

    Hello,

I've created a form for users within our business to use as a submission sheet - are you able to confirm the following?

    1. Is there an option for a user (who is filling out the submission sheet) to save and come back to it later?
    2. If we save the first submission as draft, can we begin a new submission while the draft still stays there and then go back to the original draft?
    3. Can we enter details and use the same details but for a separate submission? ie input data for Mr and then use the same date for Mrs but change the first name? Currently we are using the 'edit submission' button at the end, however this changes the output within the spreadsheet view (ie only Mrs will be on there as she was inputted last, Mr will be gone) .

We love the use and feel of the form maker, are there any other tips you can recommend for what we could like to use it for?

    many thanks,

    Amy

    Hi Amy,

Is there an option for a user (who is filling out the submission sheet) to save and come back to it later?

We have a save and continue later option.

    You can check the guide:

If we save the first submission as a draft, can we begin a new submission while the draft still stays there and then go back to the original draft?

The initial saved link automatically saves all the data subsequently entered. So it wouldn't allow you to start another draft. It will detect the previous data.

Edit submission is linked to the current submission that you have. So any changes made, will reflect on the original submissions.

You can ask them to fill out another response so that it would have a separate submission for the Mrs. and the Mr.

    I hope this helps.
