Hi,
This is Richard Krouch from The Grove. My issue was moved to this ticket and I already posted screen shots in the following posts:

Cut the crap you guys. I just looked at all the links for this problem and no one is working on it as far as I can see.
This was the original ticket: HIPAA: Submissions not showing up in the Tables (jotform.com)
This was the second ticket Submission not showing up in the table (jotform.com) that refers back to the original ticket, I am new to Jotform so I did not know how to use this forum
This was the third ticket: Submission not showing up in the table (jotform.com)
This was the forth ticket: Submission not showing up in the table (jotform.com) which pointed me to this ticket that is now pointing me back to the original ticket.
I'm screwed, so no one is working on this problem.

Moreover, I can see that the issue has been escalated on the ticket @Mike_G has pointed out to above. I think that ticket should be used for any further concerns regarding the issue.
