add plain text in the form

Hi,

Just a quick simple question - where are my able to just add plain text onto the form, either in a text box or without. If I have a question, and based on one of the responses, I want some information to pop up (using the conditions settings), how can put just plain words without asking a question? I couldn't figure it out

You may use the paragraph field to show text in the form.
