Form to appear as pdf attached to my email

Good morning,

We have been using your forms for years now, and we used to get an email with the completed form, plus a pdf attached to that email with the form.

Now, the pdf is not attached... I am not sure what setting I changed, and I have tried to find it in the settings, but have not been successful.

Can you let me know how to have a pdf copy of the completed form attached to our auto email we get?
