Hi,
When we get submissions, we are only seeing the fields that have info inputted into the fields. We have a lot of text at the top of the form and would like that included when we go to print the submission but it does not show. How can we print the entire form when the submission is made?
Thank you

Greetings,
Regarding "We have a lot of text at the top of the form and would like that included when we go to print the submission but it does not show. How can we print the entire form when the submission is made?"
I guess you are referring to these forms:
You can try JotForm's PDF Editor to automatically turns collected form submission data into PDFs. So, by default, when you create a new PDF DOCUMENT, the PDF EDITOR will populate it with the same QUESTION / ANSWER pairs found in your web form.
I advise to have submission data before going to PDF Editor, if there's no submission data, the form will be populated with dummy text
On the PDF Document, text on top of the submission are included.

Please give it a try, and if I misunderstood your question, let us know and kindly provide us more details of your concern.
