How to deactivate payment

How to deactivate payment on a form? I want the submit button to just send the information to an email account, and not ask for payment please?

I used a template for processing orders, and it was preset to process a payment, and want to turn that part off please

You can configure your Product list widget as a purchase order instead. This will allow you to collect orders but your users won't need to make any payment.
