Morning
I have a calculated field for delivery charges, but need to add that to my order. I have created a product called delivery - how do I update that amount on the order from the results of my calculated field?

Hi,
When using the purchase order, it is not possible to use a "User-defined amount".
You can use the shipping tab instead of within the widget.

ib_heatherReplied on February 24, 2021 at 1:00 PMThere are multiple shipping charges based on delivery area, and it only seemed to allow one. I set up an item code for it to hopefully receive the results of a calculation, but can't see how to do that.

Hi,
If you have any products within the field you cannot receive amounts from a calculation.
It is not possible.
You can delete the field and calculate the amount manually if you want to pass the amount from a calculation field.
You can either use the shipping option or add products for the delivery option as in the image below:
