Hello!
If what you would like to do is pull data from a google sheet and display them on a form, unfortunately, this is not possible. The Google Sheet integration only allows sending data from the form to a Google Sheet.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,

I'm sorry, but it's not possible. We're available at Zapier, but our Zapier integration only supports adding entries to third-party services. There is no way you can populate form data from other services to JotForm through Zapier.
The only closest workaround would be to download an Excel file of that source and use our Spreadsheet to Form widget.
https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
For multiple choice, single choice, and dropdown fields, you would need to have the items from Google Sheet as the options of these fields. Also, since it is a static field, you would need to update it every time new data is added to your original Google Sheet document.
Thanks

Hi Didier! You can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget to fill the form with applicable Excel data into the form fields and based on these imported values, CALCULATE conditions can be used to modify other field values. This should solve your purpose.
Guide: how-to-insert-text-or-calculation-into-a-field-using-conditional-logic
Please give this method a try; in case you come across any issues, let us know.
Thank you!

Hi Patrick
Thank you
I can't make condition because it is too complex
The Spreadsheet is make by the bank. It is credit spredsheet
For 1 amount(1), I have 14 monthly (2)
Do you think that it is possible to use Scrolling menu to choice monthly?
Best regards Didier

Hi Didier! The way the Spreadsheet to Form widget works is that only a single row based on unique value provided by the user is imported into the form. Only a single column can be set as unique value column.
In your case; there are two columns that are to be considered to determine the values and to put those in the form.
So, you can modify your Excel sheet and create a unique column with values like "19900 - 24" (or similar as per your requirement) and then in that particular row set only applicable values like "880,13" and "2,94" which JotForm an easily import into your form.
I hope this makes sense. Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
