Why is my registration form not matching what's on my website?

Asked by AlpineInternational on November 17, 2013 at 01:58 AM

Hello, I have a different source code registration form for each excursion on my website.  My one excursion "Christmas in Yokohama" is not reflecting the same form that I have it coded for.  Specifically, when you go to my website, go to Current Events, then scroll to Christmas in Yokohama.  Then click on the REgistraiton form and select Credit Card for the payment option. You'll see the price is 17850.00 - this is the problem.  It's supposed to be 6300 yen, which is how I have it set for in the jotform registration form when I created the pricing.  Why is it not matching?  I called our developer and the source code is correct.  Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

I think this is the problem.

You're pricing is correct but you have another special pricing set on your Christmas registration product. Check this screen:

You have to removed that if you don't want 17850 to appear.

    Thank you!
