Disable Date appointments and Multiple Payment Options

Hello: I'm building a JotForm for enrolment in an online workshop and have two things I can't figure out how to do.

1) I have six date options for the workshop, and I would like to hide options once they reach an enrolment of 8.

2) I want people to be able to purchase both options - the workshop AND the one-on-one session - and not only one.

Please, let me clarify - do you want to close the the registration when the all 6 dates are closed. Is it correct?

2. I want people to be able to purchase both options - the workshop AND the one-on-one session - and not only one.

• Please, open the settings of your Payment field

• Go to Additional settings and enable "Users Can Select Multiple Products" -> SAVE

Regarding the 1st question:

As I correctly understand - You can use the Gift registry widget to disable the fields when they reached 8 slots:
