Forms that have been completed say "There are no answers to display"

    Please help. I have important client information that I need and when I go to access the form it says "There are no answers to display". I've tried logging out and logging back in and it is still having issues.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We do apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking your account, I can see that you have HIPAA compliance enabled. Do note that due to HIPAA restrictions our support team is unable to access your account or forms for troubleshooting.

    However, we can help you troubleshoot this on your end and we can report any major issues to our developers for further investigation if necessary.

    Can you kindly share with us the URLs of the forms that are causing this issue?

    Can you also provide us with screenshots of the error message that you are seeing in your form submissions?
