    Hello,

I have spent days on this and read your forum threads. I am trying to track a click ID for our jotform embedded on our site, should this be possible with jotform assuming the GA widget has been installed?

Can we not put tracking on the iframe that jotform creates?

    Thanks

    Hello, @HomePropositions

If the form is embedded to a website, and the common methods aren't working, I recommend redirecting the users to your own external thank you page after form submission, where you can place the tracking code however you like.

For instructions, kindly refer to this documentation:

    Guide: Redirecting-users-to-a-different-page

Notice that the best embedding method for proper redirection is the iframe code.
